A Query-Based Access System Using DDI and SDMX

STR’s SuperSTAR enables fast, easy and safe production and dissemination of official statistics, including ad hoc tabulation and advanced visualization. It supports direct loading of DDI, including multiple related record types, multiple response, and weighted variables including replicate weights. Users can define complex manipulations on unit records through a GUI with a drag drop interface to create tables and cubes, and prepare output for analysis, reporting and visualization. Web interfaces allow external users to interactively define ad hoc tabulation queries directly against unit records and retrieve metadata and confidentialized data, including indications of data quality, such as relative standard error on the cell level.
