*OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) categories signify a fee structure for organizations established within OECD member countries. Non-OECD country categories are included to encourage a broader, more inclusive membership body of organizations. |
Directed Contributions
Organizations desiring to speed the development of DDI may make financial or in-kind contributions in addition to annual membership dues. Development requests are subject to a standard review process.
Associate Membership
While the standard fee-based membership is strongly recommended as the best option for membership, the Alliance also offers an Associate Membership option, which does not require a membership fee but does not carry voting rights. Associate Members appoint member representatives to participate in annual meetings, "with voice, but without vote." Like full members, associate member organizations are expected to engage one or more members of their staff in Alliance activities, including working groups or committees.
