The sample codebooks below, marked up with using Versions 1 through 2.1 of the DDI DTD, are provided for purposes of demonstration. They are displayed in HTML via ICPSR's generic codebook stylesheet. Some are also displayed in PDF format. PDF views do not render the Document Description section, even if it is present in the DDI markup.
The ASCII text and PDF documentation that was the source for the XML markup is provided here as well.
