Dear DDI Designated Member Representatives and DDI Community,
I wanted to share a brief heads-up about upcoming final public reviews and votes, so the sequence of notices over the coming months is clear and not confusing.
Following incremental updates already underway, we expect that several DDI products -- including DDI-Codebook (version 2.6), DDI-Lifecycle (version 4.0), and DDI-CDI (version 1.1) -- will enter final public review and voting over the next several months. A consolidated Product Publication Schedule 2026 spreadsheet is available for those who would like a high-level view of anticipated timing across products.
Each product will follow the same established process (a final public review, followed by a vote by Designated Member Representatives). You will receive a separate announcement as each final review opens. These messages may look similar by design, reflecting a consistent review and governance process across DDI standards and products.
